VersaTherm
The VersaTherm snap-fit radiant floor system is an excellent choice for renovations and retrofit projects. Low-profile and waterproof, VersaTherm can be installed over existing subfloors and concrete slabs with minimal prep work. The pre-insulated panels snap together in seconds and can easily be cut to size, while the pre-routed tube channels eliminate guesswork and make bending corners a breeze. Sturdy galvanized steel shielding protects the tube from damage and promotes even heat distribution and output, even with lower water temperatures. Compatible with padded carpet, hardwood and laminate flooring, and ceramic tile, the VersaTherm system is ideal for residential homes and commercial offices looking to implement radiant heating.
QuickTherm
QuickTherm panels are purpose-built for under-slab radiant applications, they’re ideal for slab heating and snow and ice melt projects. The panels feature interlocking grooves to hold panels and the knobbed surface that eliminates the need for clips, staples, ties, tube protection sleeves, and wire mesh wraps. Tube runs can be walked into place, reducing the physical strain placed on installers by bending and crawling. All of these labor-saving features reduce installation times by up to 75%. QuickTherm panels are available in R-5 and R-10 thicknesses and support 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4” diameter heating tube on various ground types. Durable, mold-resistant, pre-insulated, and easy to install, QuickTherm panels set the stage for efficient radiant systems, both inside and out.
SpiderMesh
SpiderMesh panels provide a low-thickness solution to hold tube in place for thin slab applications. The perforated trample-resistant mesh allows them to be installed over existing subfloors, sand, cement, and self-leveling substrates. SpiderMesh’s self-adhesive backing and interlocking tabs ensure stability and prevent sliding while tube is being run. The adhesive is super strong, allowing these panels to be used in upward-flow vertical installations. The patented geometric grid securely holds tube in place, eliminating the need for clips, staples, and ties. Compatible with 1/2 inch heating tube, SpiderMesh is an excellent solution for commercial and residential radiant applications.
Heat Transfer Plates
Our extruded aluminum heat transfer plates help evenly distribute heat in radiant floor applications. The rigid extruded aluminum channels tightly grip the tube while offering exceptional heat transfer performance without expansion noise. Designed for installation in sub-floor joist spaces, these 48” long plates have eight pre-drilled mounting holes and are compatible with 3/8 and 1/2 inch heating tube. These heat transfer plates can be used in new and retrofit residential hydronic projects.
