Cash discount is to be calculated on the total amount of the invoice before additions for transportation. A 1-1/2% service charge per month will be added to past due balances.

Order Acceptance

 

All orders are subject to acceptance by Legend Valve and Fitting, Inc. Possession of our catalog or price list by any person is not to be construed as an offer to sell to that person. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order

 

There is no minimum order at Legend Valve.

Freight Policy

 

Freight charges will be prepaid on orders of $2,000.00 net or more (excluding cast iron valves, VersaTherm, QuickTherm, HyperPure pipe sticks, and LegendFlex pipe sticks - see below details) to one destination in the Continental United States. All Legend Products may be combined to reach freight minimum. Otherwise, freight terms are F.O.B. Auburn Hills, Michigan, Reno, Nevada, or Houston, Texas.

Cast Iron Freight Policy

Freight charges will be prepaid on all orders for Cast Iron Valves of $3,000 net or more to one destination in the Continental United States.

Pipe Stick Freight Policy

Freight charges will be prepaid on all orders for HyperPure & LegendFlex pipe sticks only of $4,000 net or more to one destination in the Continental United States.

Versatherm & Quicktherm Freight Policy

Freight charges will be prepaid on all orders for VersaTherm & QuickTherm Panels of $4,000 net or more to one destination in the Continental United States.

Return Policy

 

Our Performance Guaranteed states that Legend will accept returned products without restocking fees. This policy applies in most cases; however, in extraordinary circumstances, exceptions may apply. Please see the exceptions outlined below:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or Damaged Products: Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by misuse, or improper handling.
  • Tube / Pipe Products: HyperPure, HyperFlex, and LegendFlex. (All sales considered final)
  • Dated Products: items with configurations classified as outdated, discontinued, or no longer supported.
  • Restrictions for Products on Allocation: Products designated as "on allocation" are not eligible for return due to limited availability and specific distribution requirements.

7/75 Warranty

 

Every Legend product is guaranteed to be free of defects for up to seven years from the original purchase date when properly installed and operated under normal service conditions. Should one of our products be proven defective, we'll replace it free of charge and pay the contractor $75 to help offset the callback cost.
